Thank you for visiting and shopping at Atlantis Designs. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Orders are shipped on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

NOTE:

 

Custom orders do take up to 10 days to ship. BY ordering custom made items you accept the delay in shipping. This delay is due to resin hardening and curing times and beyond my control.

Return & Refund Policy

 

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

 

 

Returns

 

We DO NOT accept returns on any custom or personalized items.  You have 5 business days from receipt of purchase to notify us of and provide proof of receipt of a damaged item. Upon conformation of damage we will replace the item. Refunds are not given. If we are unable or unwilling to replace the item we will give store credit in the amount of the item. Customer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

 

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

 

No refunds given!

 

Store Credit

 

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your store credit after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will immediately issue a code discount code with the amount of credit for you to use when desired

 

Shipping

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.
